- 02
Design
Flows and screens designed with the engineers in the room, so what you approve is what ships.
- 03
Build
Short cycles with a working build you can try every week, not a reveal at the end.
- 04
Launch
Store submission or deployment, monitoring switched on, and a rollback ready.
- 05
Support
OS upgrades, platform deadlines and new features, on a schedule rather than in a panic.

FAQ
Questions we are asked first
Short answers here; each links to the full one.
- How long does SEO take to show results?Technical fixes are deployed in two to four weeks and Google reflects them within days of recrawling. Ranking movement is slower: expect three to six months before content and architecture changes show up as traffic, and longer in competitive categories.
- How much does it cost to build a mobile app in Canada?Independent Canadian surveys put most professional app builds between roughly USD 18,000 and 64,000, with agency rates around USD 65–115 per hour (converted from Canadian dollars). Complexity drives the number, not platform count. Payments or heavy integration sit well above the low end.
- Who owns the code and the intellectual property? You own the code, the repository and the accounts. We hand over source, build configuration and deployment credentials, and set up store and cloud accounts in your organisation's name from the start rather than ours. The only exception is third-party open-source dependencies, which keep their own licences.
- Can you guarantee a number one ranking on Google? No. Nobody controls Google's index or what competitors do, so no one can guarantee a position. An agency promising number one placement is usually planning to rank you for a query with no traffic. What is guaranteeable is execution: indexable pages, valid structured data, and a deliberate internal link graph.
