Privacy policy
This policy describes what this website collects and why. It covers ingenioustechlab.com only, not software we build for clients, which is governed by each client's own policy.
What we collect
Contact form submissions. When you use ourcontact form we receive the name, email address, company and message you enter, plus the service you selected. We use this solely to reply to your enquiry. Submissions are delivered to us as email through Resend, our email delivery provider, and are retained in our inbox as ordinary business correspondence.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read. Nothing is measured until you consent. The site loads with Google Consent Mode v2 set to deny analytics and advertising storage by default, and the analytics script is not loaded at all unless you opt in. If you consent, Google receives page views and IP-anonymised session data. We do not run advertising pixels.
Browser storage. If you make a consent choice we store it in your browser's local storage under a single key so you are not asked again. It never leaves your device and we cannot read it.
Server logs. Our host, Cloudflare, processes requests and keeps standard operational logs including IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not add contact-form senders to a mailing list. We do not run automated marketing sequences.
Your rights
Under Canadian federal privacy law you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted. Email [email protected] and we will respond. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Third parties
The services that process data on our behalf are Cloudflare (hosting and delivery), Resend (contact form email delivery) and Google (analytics, only with consent). Each has its own privacy policy.
